Well, I hope I get this in before Midnight.  But, like Shock Stock I am pushing everything to last possible moment (I guess that’s just life).  This is my second year volunteering this crazy weekend, and this year was possibly even crazier than last year.  I didn’t get as many photos as last year, where I was mostly stationed with Joe Pilato and who was totally cool with me running off to snap photos here and there.  This year I stayed with Patricia Quinn, and I just didn’t get nearly as much time.  But, I still got a lot of photos (or at least it feels that way as I curse that my batch function has stopped working in Photoshop.. sigh).

Oh and if you’re wondering about the Friday night’s incredible screening of Rocky Horror Picture Show, and the already infamous Q&A with Patricia Quinn, well you’re going to have to till next Tuesday.. I barely survived this post.

By the way, if you are a vendor or a guest of Shock Stock and want me to link to your site, just let me know and I will add your link to this post!

But I’ve never been much for words, so here are the photos (the best part any ways). Although one of my favourite moments of Shock Stock was one person waiting to talk to Patricia, who had seen me over the weekend taking photos told me that I should submit them PHOTO VAULT TUESDAYS. Win?

All of these photos have been taken by myself, Rin Vanderhaeghe (Stitches, sweatereyes). I have decided to post these photos **with** my watermark on them (unlike most of my PVT posts), but still please feel free to use them for personal use (just credit me if you post them anywhere else!).

About sweatereyes

Hello, I am Rin Vanderhaeghe and I am a multi-media artist and work as a custom art framer. I am influenced by a wide variety of things, from kawaii to Grindhouse movies, to various themes of failure and suffering. I am also very interested in fairy tales, but I read a lot of pulp science fiction. Another common theme I work with includes memory and dreams. I live in a house with my life partner Hrafn and our cat Dante. My partner and I are becoming avid gardeners, and have been exploring London’s more natural environments. I have my BFA from Western, with a double major in Studio Art and Anthropology. Currently my partner and I are making plans towards moving to Toronto.
